Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Wallet Usage
Subscription Cancellation and Refund
Users will be required to subscribe to a meal plan with a minimum subscription period of 1 (one) month.
Cancellation Before Activation
If you choose to cancel your subscription prior to activation or before the cut-off period prescribed by the Platform, we will refund the entire amount to your bank account.
Cancellation After Activation
If you cancel the subscription after it has been activated but before it expires, we will refund the subscription amount after deducting a per-day charge for the number of days you’ve utilized, including taxes and delivery charges.
Unsuccessful Meal Deliveries
In case we are unable to deliver any meal(s) to you due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will extend your subscription to make up for the missed meal(s).
Wrong or Defective Meals
While we ensure that the correct meals are delivered fresh, you may sometimes receive the wrong meal or a plate with ingredients that may have become stale due to weather or other conditions. If this happens, please contact us at +91 7350-606-606. Once your claim is confirmed, we will replace the plate on the same day. If we are unable to do so, we will extend your subscription to make up for the missed meal(s).
Non-Defective Meal Issues
Please note that disliking the taste or minor differences in the appearance, color, or weight of the meals compared to the images or specifications on the Platform will not be considered a “wrong plate” or “defective plate.” In such cases, there will be no replacement, refund, or extension of the subscription plan. The decision regarding whether a meal is wrongly delivered or defective will be at the sole discretion of CHATURVINSHTIHI AYURVEDA.
Returns and Refund Processing
Returns will be processed within 2–3 business days, and the refund amount will be credited to your account within 4–5 business days.
